About the job

One of our US clients, a leading marketplace for the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The role involves leveraging and improving their Salesforce platform to solve business problems across the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to deliver insights through ad hoc data requests, and to build dashboards and reports for executives.

Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders to groom and maintain a CRM product backlog.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Use declarative Salesforce functionalities to develop the CRM platform.
  • Manage Salesforce sandboxes for testing, updates, and connected applications.
  • Participate as a member of an Agile Scrum team, collaborating with developers and product owners to deliver value.
  • Investigate data quality issues within Salesforce and connected applications.
  • Partner with other teams to provide strategic insights and ensure data consistency.
  • Strategically build account hierarchies.
  • Train employees on how to use Salesforce effectively.
  • Maintain responsibility for a Salesforce-driven organization.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports with various departments.
  • Ability to collaborate with programmers to determine solutions, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches.
  • Basic knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce Metadata.
  • Use of repositories to track declarative changes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Salesforce CLI, Scratch Orgs, Einstein Activity Metrics, Ant, etc.
  • Experience with integrations and connected applications setup.
  • Understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and environment management.
  • Experience with Sandboxes, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Gearset.
  • High-level understanding of Apex and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Flows and Process Builder.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, especially Lightning Console.
  • (Bonus) Experience in the manufacturing or industrial business market.
