Job summary

Join BairesDev, a global technology company, as a Senior Salesforce Administrator in Mexico. You will lead configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform to support scalable operations and serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will design automations with Flow Builder, manage security and data integrity, drive user adoption, and oversee end-to-end release cycles. This 100% remote role offers competitive USD or local currency compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and preferably Advanced Administrator.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flow Builder, validation rules, and security models.
• Hands-on experience managing data integrity, user profiles, and platform integrations.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
