CEVA Logistics Mexico is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Support to join our Ground & Rail Commercial Team based in Mexico City and Apodaca. This role coordinates customer opportunities, prepares proposals, and ensures timely delivery of competitive logistics solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in Sales Support within Freight Forwarding, advanced English, and strong Excel skills to support cross-functional teams across international markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Support, or Customer Service within Freight Forwarding.
• Experience supporting Ground & Rail products and coordinating proposals with carriers and overseas offices.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer requests and business opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and manage commercial proposals, quotations, and customer documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, overseas offices, and carriers to ensure service availability and competitive solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and international partners.
• Follow up on customer requirements and ensure timely responses aligned with SLAs.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to achieving commercial objectives.
