You'll help clients make meaningful connections with their customers - through better, faster communications. Our goal is to empower companies to improve business performance, with offerings from Mail and Lockers to Digital.

Joining us is your chance to work consultatively with current and potential clients to provide relevant, personalized technology solutions. You’ll have the advantage of promoting market-leading, award-winning products. Our sales methodologies are proven, with room to bring your own ideas.

Your role in our future

Sell cutting-edge Customer Experience Management (CXM) technology to Financial Services and Insurance (FS&I) sectors across Mexico. Collaborate with presales and professional services teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction. Manage existing client relationships and drive new business development.

Engage with C-Suite executives to sell and negotiate solutions.

Collaborate with marketing for qualified leads and support from R&D for innovative solutions.

Forecast and manage opportunity pipeline, ensuring portfolio health.


Your profile

Experience in CCM/CXM, SaaS, or related software industries.

Proven success in selling to C-Suite executives in banks and insurance sectors.

Track record of portfolio management, driving revenue growth.

Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.

High energy, self-starter mentality with a passion for technology and client success.
