Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales consulting.
  • Minimum 2 years of training experience at Oracle or similar.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training on Oracle methodologies or product/solutions to sales and sales consulting personnel.
  • Ensure successful delivery of training engagements with a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide sales or Oracle domain expertise in one or more skills or solution areas.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Development, and other counterparts to facilitate training content development and delivery.
  • Facilitate meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets by delivering quality training in classroom environments and/or over the Web.
  • Maintain deep knowledge and demonstrate expertise in all designated topics, plus additional, complementary topics and/or best practices.
  • Articulate the vision, capabilities, and business value of concepts or solutions at a granular level during offerings to both sales and sales consulting audiences.
  • Consult and work with Subject Matter Experts, Sales Performance Designers, etc., to deliver effective and engaging training material.
  • Provide analysis and feedback on training events to program teams or management regarding training results.
  • Manage the training environment effectively, reporting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Act as a consultative resource to field personnel based on expertise and experience.
  • Use real-world examples from personal experience to enhance the learning process.
  • Pilot or introduce new training technologies or techniques as appropriate.
Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, sales consulting, and/or sales enablement.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training at Oracle or another company.
  • Experience in Instructional Design is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to handle diverse groups, including international audiences.
  • Ability to establish credibility and build confidence quickly.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Leadership and motivation skills within a team environment.
