Senior RPA Developer Automation Anywhere

Senior RPA Developers with expertise in Automation Anywhere in LATAM

We are looking to build a team comprising an on-site team and multiple experienced Automation Anywhere Developers with 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere Development.

We seek RPA Developers responsible for designing and developing RPA solutions, including Intelligent Automation solutions leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and RPA.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Translate customer business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA solutions.
2. Design, build, and configure applications using automation tools to meet business needs.
3. Maintain documentation for solutions, test procedures, and scenarios.
4. Participate in process reviews to ensure thorough understanding before automation.
5. Provide technical solutions, effort estimations, and define delivery strategies.
6. Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize solutions.
7. Perform detailed estimations of automation processes.
8. Provide post-Go-Live support during stabilization.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Intelligent Automation or RPA solutions.
• Minimum 6-8+ years of overall IT development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere 360.
• Experience with scaled deployments and process assessments across various business domains.
• Strong bot development skills, Automation Anywhere architecture knowledge, RPA governance, and process standardization.
• Experience integrating Automation Anywhere with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe PDF, and websites.
• Automation Anywhere experience is essential.

Additional Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years as a Senior Developer or Lead Developer/Architect in RPA.
• 1-2 years as a Solution Architect (preferred).
• Certification in AA version 11 and AA2019 advanced developer.
• Total IT consulting experience of 6-10 years.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Senior experience in Automation Anywhere and RPA development is required.
