Newell Brands is seeking a Retail Media Sr. Lead to drive execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns on Amazon Advertising and Mercado Libre Publicidad. You will ensure activations support sell-out goals, traffic, and ROAS during regular and peak periods.

The role requires hands-on management of budgets, performance dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with eCommerce, content, and creative teams. Hybrid work setup with some travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years of digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in retail media (Amazon Advertising and/or Mercado Libre Publicidad).
• Demonstrated experience executing and optimizing paid search/display campaigns.
• Experience managing media budgets and performance reporting.
• Experience in FMCG, CPG, or consumer goods preferred.
