Responsibilities

• Sell merchant services offerings to businesses.
• Engage in activities including pricing, customer segmentation, customer presentations, account sign-up and activation, and account management.
• Answer inbound customer calls regarding product and service information and identify upselling opportunities from such calls.
• Accept orders, close sales, maintain customer records, and complete required documentation.
