Summary of This Role

Works directly with Sales on developing/partnership proposals for prospective clients, supporting sales efforts including collateral development, research, and meeting preparation and follow-up. Provides strategic support to Sales during various phases of the sales cycle, including prospect research, initial calls, RFPs, presentations, prospect visits, meetings, and contracts. Acts as a liaison to develop combined sales strategies with other departments and partners involved in the sales process. Manages all sales documentation and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and availability. Provides updates and reports on prospects to Senior Management.

What Part Will You Play?
  • Familiarizes with the Sales Support organization tools, methodologies, and processes used during the sales cycle while supporting peers and the Sales team.
  • Assists more experienced peers to learn sales reporting processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Develops understanding of materials and presentations used by the Sales Team and observes related meetings.
  • Begins to learn the company's products and services and gains a general knowledge of the payments industry.
