You will drive complex projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical leadership across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in aerospace repair development, experience with special processes, FAA DER credit, and strong cost-reduction and process-improvement skills.

Formación

• 10+ years of aftermarket repair development experience in aerospace and aeroderivative markets.
• FAA DER accreditation or experience working directly with FAA DER highly desired.
• Experience with special aerospace MRO processes and regulatory audits.

Responsabilidades

• Owns complex repair development activities for new products and processes.
• Leads projects to meet quality and on‑time delivery goals.
• Mentors junior engineers and collaborates with cross‑functional teams.
• Reviews drawings, work instructions, and process specifications.
