A leading technology platform based in Mexico City is seeking an experienced professional to develop and drive strategic initiatives for improving vehicle access for driver-partners in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in operational or strategy roles, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to analyze and implement scalable solutions. This hybrid role involves collaboration with various teams and external partners.
In Central Operations, we develop and operationalize strategies that help us achieve our business goals. We work at scale across regions on key challenges and initiatives to deliver value and great experiences to our users (drivers, riders and suppliers).
Access to a vehicle is the major pain point for those drivers who need driving the most. This position is a good fit for innovative professionals with project management skills who are willing to impact the lives of thousands of driver-partners.
You will have the chance to work with teams across the company and external partners outside of Uber, while shaping, executing and delivering on existing programs and partnerships and kick-off new ones to support our progress to achieve our mobility goals in LatAm.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
