Schreiber Foods in Mexico is seeking a Regional Project Engineering Manager to lead a portfolio of engineering projects from concept through startup, ensuring technical specs, timelines, budgets, and business outcomes are achieved.

This role will direct cross-functional teams and collaborate with suppliers and contractors to deliver compliant, safe, and reliable solutions while driving process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years leading engineering projects or programs.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of plant/capital projects from feasibility to handover.
• Translate executive direction into project roadmaps and plans.
• Manage budgets, scope, schedule, and risk across multiple projects.
• Establish governance and standard work to improve predictability and delivery.
