Schreiber Foods in Mexico is seeking a Regional Project Engineering Manager to lead a portfolio of engineering projects from concept through start-up, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are met. The role guides strategic execution and directs multi-disciplinary teams across internal and external partners.

The candidate will manage end-to-end plant capital projects, develop roadmaps, and drive improvements in processes and systems while maintaining safety and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years leading engineering projects or programs.
• Spanish and English fluency required to collaborate across sites and with stakeholders.
• Advanced project and portfolio management with vendor/contractor oversight.
• Ability to solve complex problems by analyzing data and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of plant and site capital projects including feasibility, design coordination, procurement support, installation, commissioning, and handover to Operations.
• Translate executive direction into operational plans and a project roadmap (scope, sequencing, resourcing, risk posture).
• Establish portfolio governance to improve predictability, throughput, and value delivery.
• Manage budgets across multiple initiatives with accountability for expenditures.
• Develop business cases with clear assumptions, options, risks, and benefits for leadership decisions.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.
