A global fintech company, Unlimit, is seeking an experienced Recruiter based in LATAM. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for sales positions across Mexico, Brazil, and the US, requiring fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, along with strong English communication skills. Candidates will work cross-regionally, maintaining data integrity in ATS, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Formación

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on sales roles.
  • Experience hiring in Mexico and Brazil, familiarity with local markets.
  • Experience hiring for US-based companies.
  • Proven success in filling BDR, SDR, AE, and Enterprise Sales positions.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across Mexico, Brazil, and the US.
  • Source and engage top sales talent through various channels.
  • Conduct screening interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter based in LATAM who has a strong background in hiring sales professionals across Mexico, Brazil, and for US-based companies.

This is a dynamic, cross-regional role where you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for both regional and international sales positions, partnering with hiring teams across time zones and geographies.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across Mexico, Brazil, and the US market
  • Source and engage top sales talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct screening interviews and manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and feedback
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with remote teams across different time zones (US & LATAM)
  • Maintain data integrity in ATS and track recruiting metrics
What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, with proven success hiring BDRs, SDRs, AEs, and Enterprise Sales roles
  • Hands-on experience hiring in Mexico and Brazil; strong familiarity with local talent markets
  • Experience hiring for US-based companies is strongly preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Solid understanding of remote work culture and international collaboration
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple pipelines in a fast-paced environment
