Job summary

MagmaLabs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (ReactJS) for a fully remote role open to candidates in Mexico or Latin America. You will own frontend architecture, build scalable React/TypeScript systems, collaborate across teams, and contribute to backend integrations and cloud deployments.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software development, strong JS/TS skills, and experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, testing, and modern frontend patterns. Remote collaboration across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience with 4–5 years on ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and frontend architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable frontend applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and ensure accessibility and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend teams for API integrations and full‑stack solutions.
• Drive code quality through reviews, tests, and modern tooling.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in architectural decisions.
• Contribute to DevOps workflows including CI/CD and cloud deployments.
