MagmaLabs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (ReactJS) to join our fully remote team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend architectures using ReactJS and TypeScript, collaborating with healthtech, e‑commerce, fintech, and other sectors.

You will influence architectural decisions, ensure performance, accessibility, and maintainability, and contribute to backend integrations and DevOps practices in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of software development experience with 4–5 years in ReactJS and modern frontend stacks.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of ReactJS fundamentals, hooks, and component-driven design.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Ability to integrate with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and do full-stack considerations.
• Frontend architecture experience and scalable project structure.
• Experience with testing and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontend architecture design and development of scalable ReactJS apps.
• Build reusable UI components with modern patterns and accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate on full-stack work, integrating frontend with APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Ensure performance, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility.
• Contribute to backend integrations and server-side logic when needed.
• Optimize with code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and monitoring.
• Maintain code quality through automated tests (Jest, RTL, Cypress).
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and raise engineering standards.
• Work with product, design, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements.
• Contribute to DevOps practices: CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Maintain documentation and lead refactoring for scalability.
