You will drive MEC coordination, statutory reporting, and internal controls across high-complexity entities, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements and standardized accounting processes.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and external auditors, supports SOX controls, and champions process optimization and standardized regional reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in General Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in General Accounting, R2R, or financial reporting.
• Advanced level of proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Lead Month-End Close (MEC) and financial reporting governance across global and regional streams.
• Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and item tracking.
• Coordinate SOX compliance and internal controls improvements.
• Drive process optimization and standardization of regional reporting.
• Collaborate with local teams and external auditors for audit support.
