Job summary

Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Specialist for F&A - R2R - External Reporting to prepare and review external financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS, and to support external audits by providing timely documentation.

You will analyze financial data for trends, contribute to internal controls, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to explain results. Hybrid work in Mexico, daily responsibilities with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master's in Finance is a plus and CFA/CPA/ICMAI certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with external reporting under GAAP/IFRS and in coordinating audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and support external audit processes with timely, accurate documentation.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities in reporting.
