Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - F&A with R2R expertise to own the full R2R lifecycle, including journals, GL, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and reconciliations.

You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closes while ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP/IFRS and internal controls. You will lead a team of accountants/analysts (onshore/offshore), oversee training, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver compliant financial reporting and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required or equivalent.
• Experience with GAAP/IFRS and SOX controls is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end R2R processes and close cycles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills for global operations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End R2R Process Ownership: manage journals, GL, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Align R2R with global standards and internal controls (GAAP/IFRS).
• Lead and coach accountants/analysts (onshore/offshore) and drive performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with SOX/audit requirements.
