Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager for F&A with strong R2R experience. You will oversee journal entries, month-end close, and regulatory reporting while guiding the accounting team to deliver accurate financials for multiple legal entities.

You will work in a hybrid role in Mexico, collaborating with senior leaders to drive operational efficiency and financial controls, using Oracle and SAP ERP platforms to standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance with advanced financial knowledge.
• Masters in Finance or related field is a plus.
• Professional certifications CFA/FRM enhance candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee journal entries and month-end close processes.
• Generate and review financial statements for legal entities.
• Manage Oracle Asset Management modules (additions, transfers, depreciation).
• Lead and mentor the accounting team for accuracy and continuous improvement.
