IAC Group in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Quality Systems Leader to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the QMS in line with IATF 16949. You will manage the Metrology Laboratory, guarantee calibration traceability, and ensure products meet dimensional requirements.

The role includes coordinating audits, implementing CSRs, and leading APQP/PPAP activities with engineering, production, and quality teams. Strong metrology expertise is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the automotive industry.
• Experience managing metrology laboratories and IATF 16949 knowledge.
• Experience conducting internal and certification audits; knowledge of AIAG Core Tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949.
• Coordinate internal audits, certification audits, and customer audits.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions, and drive improvements.
• Manage document control and quality system records.
• Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).
• Coordinate updates of procedures, work instructions, and standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects within the QMS and metrology lab.
• Oversee Metrology Laboratory operations and calibration programs.
• Ensure internal and external calibration of measuring equipment.
