Freudenberg Group in Lerma, Mexico, is seeking a Quality Engineer to manage the Integrated Management System across projects and to lead certification activities. You will act to stop production when risks are detected and drive audits within the IMS, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949.

You will promote continuous improvement and coordinate with customers and suppliers via SQE for claims and certifications. English and Spanish language skills are expected.

Formación

• 3 years experience in the job (desirable).
• 4 years experience as Quality Engineer in Automotive Industry (desirable).
• English / Spanish language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System in the assigned projects.
• Responsible to stop production in case of risks.
• Lead the team to maintain certifications and recertification of the Integrated Management System IATF 16949.
• Serve as Auditor within the Integrated Management System.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Provide service to customers and suppliers (through SQE) for claims, guarantees and certifications.
