Vertiv is seeking a senior Quality Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of quality systems and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 across manufacturing operations in the United States. You will drive CAPA, lead audits, and partner with engineering and supplier teams to improve process capability.

The role requires 5–8+ years in quality engineering within manufacturing, strong statistical acumen, and proven leadership to mentor Quality Engineers and Technicians.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-8+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
• Experience with customer and supplier quality management.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and ISO/IATF quality management systems.
• Create and maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, SPC plans, and work instructions.
• Conduct internal, process, product, and supplier audits.
