Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend Python experience.
• Strong Python core concepts, memory management, async/concurrency.
• Production-grade REST APIs and distributed microservices.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL) and ORM experience.
• Testing with Pytest.
• Git and collaborative development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: design, build, and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Python.
• Code quality: write clean, well-tested code and conduct peer reviews.
• Containerization & CI/CD: Docker and GitHub Actions for deployment.
• Database: design schemas, write SQL, and work with ORMs (SQLAlchemy).
• System integration & scalability: ensure low latency, high availability, security.
• Mentorship & collaboration with frontend and DevOps teams.
