You will lead code reviews, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to planning, timelines, and constraints. Expect involvement in industry research, documentation of decisions, and engagement with global teams on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
• Advanced Python skills for building stable backend architecture and services.
• Experience with React for flexible frontend solutions.
• Direct experience applying AI concepts/principles during solution delivery.
• Familiarity with database systems for storage, retrieval, and structure.
• Experience using Git for versioning and collaboration.
• Ability to lead teams and drive high performance.
• Knowledge of development methodologies to enable organized execution.
• English at B2 or higher with confident communication.
