Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Python Developer to deliver scalable software and leverage AI to enhance design and development. You will own Python backend work, collaborate on React interfaces, and mentor team members to uphold engineering standards.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, participate in architecture discussions, and ensure deliverables meet requirements, while contributing to long-term architectural health and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Python backend development.
• Advanced capability in Python to implement reliable backend infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with React for building responsive UIs.
• Working knowledge of AI fundamentals and tools to support development.
• Solid background in database systems for data modeling and access patterns.
• Proficient with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Familiarity with proven software development methodologies and English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
