AgileEngine, a leading software firm, is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer in Mérida. You will drive data optimization initiatives, build scalable backend systems, and ensure high-performance software delivery for revenue-driving features.

You'll write clean, modular Python code, optimize queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into robust solutions. A flexible work setup enables both remote and in-office collaboration.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of Python experience in backend development.
• Hands-on experience building tools using Streamlit for Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with Snowflake.
• Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead database optimization initiatives to improve performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain scalable back-end data processing systems for high data volumes.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain high-performance software applications.
• Write clean, modular code using OOP in Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into software solutions.
• Design event-driven processes to enhance data flow and system responsiveness.
