Delinea is hiring for a Senior Backend/Data Analytics focused role in Mexico City. The position sits on the Business Analysis, KPI and alerting team, building data-driven insights across a microservice ecosystem. You will design secure data flows, implement IaC, and contribute to CI/CD for Azure deployments.

Required 5+ years of Python backend experience, cloud know-how (Azure/AWS), and strong data modeling skills. Role is hybrid in Mexico City with in-office days.

Formación

• BS or MS in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of backend development experience in Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms Azure and/or AWS.
• Familiarity with microservices and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Strong data modeling, query optimization, and transactional consistency in distributed envs.
• IaC experience using Terraform for Azure, and CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience integrating AI/ML systems and understanding security principles.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, and help develop, test and maintain secure microservices, data aggregations, data models, alerting, and analytics.
• Familiarity with data warehouse / analytics architecture patterns.
• Leverage data stores including Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Use technologies such as Python, Go, C#, Terraform, REST APIs.
• Orchestrate complex data flows and optimize data processing.
• Ensure data integrity, availability and security across microservices.
• Implement IaC with Terraform for Azure resources.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure deployments (Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate to define roadmaps with security and privacy in mind.
• Conduct code and design reviews, focus on performance and maintainability.
• Mentor peers and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive AI-assisted automation and data-driven decisions.
