Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Mexico is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex industrial and energy construction projects in Queretaro. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and oversight of contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

The role requires coordinating with clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies across all lifecycle phases, with a focus on cost control, risk management, and on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Ten years of project management experience in construction/industrial/energy infra.
• Experience managing large-scale projects such as manufacturing plants or energy facilities.
• Engineering degree; PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of industrial/energy construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and technical teams to ensure compliance.
• Manage milestones to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Lead meetings, present progress, and manage risk assessments.
• Review contractor proposals, scopes, and costs.
• Monitor progress ensuring quality and safety standards.
