Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to lead industrial and data centre construction projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, supervise MEP systems, ensure compliance, and deliver on safety, quality, and schedule. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities include coordinating design reviews, on-site inspections, risk management, and client communications, with a strong emphasis on regulatory adherence in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams in industrial/data centre settings.
• Experience with MEP systems including commissioning and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for stakeholder communication.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP systems on industrial construction and data centre projects, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams with accountability and high standards of execution.
• Verify compliance of electromechanical systems with project specs and Mexican codes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation with transparency and traceability.
• Evaluate contractor qualifications and performance; provide clear direction.
