Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring client objectives are met through effective project execution. You will interface with clients and consultants across all stages, review construction progress, and approve capital expenditures while maintaining schedule and budget integrity.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project manager.
• Experience in LEED Projects is a plus
• Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status
• Fluent in English and Spanish at a working level to lead meetings, prepare reports and communicate with clients and suppliers.
• PMI or equivalent certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is a plus
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM is a plus

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will takeresponsibilityend to endservice delivery. To ensure that clientobjectivesare met through the delivery of an effective service. Interfacing with the client and otherconsultants,at all project stages. Responsibleofmanagescheduleand budgets as well asmanagegeneralcontractorand other directly contracted vendors and consultants.

Responsible to review construction, correct and assess work-in-place, to approve capital expenditure spends, including the revision of cost estimates prepared by contractors and others within a client´s organization.

This professional will also be planning, organizing, scheduling,directingand controlling the delivery of the project on time.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project manager.
• Experience in LEED Projects is a plus
• Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status
• Fluent in English and Spanish at a working level to lead meetings, prepare reports and written communication, dopresentationsand talk to clients and suppliers.
• PMI or equivalent certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is a plus

• Stakeholder management: Lead local Client and report to global team
• Manage risks and control the risk register, manage risk workshops as needed
• Identifythe factors that influence construction costs and canmonitorand report on this data.
• Issue reports as agreed with Client
• Run at field with quality control formats validation for civil works in general
• Support design management and reviewlooking forward toidentifyconstructions methods opportunities
• Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
• Reviewrequestsforpayment.
• Advocate on the part of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders.
• Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid scheduleslip.
• Track and ensure equipment meet the project schedule
• Lead value engineering sessions asrequired
• Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including allclose outdocumentation and warranties.
• Collaborative approach, be client facing, able to develop strong relationships, confidently present toclients and stakeholders.
• Be assertive and detail orientated,to identifypotential issues early and raise them in theappropriate forumfor resolution.
• Demonstrabletrack recordin the delivery of relevant projects.
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, reportwritingand presentations.
• Management experience, with ability to manage and lead team in deliveringa commissionand general line management.
• Manage revenue, teamresourceand priorities to ensure that client expectations are met.
• Have an elevated sense ofquality, andleadquality control action.
• Have a good knowledge and awareness of Health and Environmental Safety in construction.
• Be an effective communicator, both verbal and written.
• Be a self-starter, a team player, anatural leader capable of motivating teams.
