Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery within a complex enterprise environment. You will drive Agile practices, governance, and executive reporting for cross-functional teams in a dynamic, on-site role in CDMX.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PM/Agile Delivery, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English, with banking/FS experience and SAFe familiarity enhancing the fit.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Agile Delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master practices, delivery governance, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments and familiarity with SAFe frameworks.
• Advanced English (C1-C2).
• Availability to work on-site at CDMX.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and quality objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum practices while promoting continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID logs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, financial tracking, governance updates, and stakeholder communications.
