What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple research projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Oversee the execution and quality control of research studies
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders
• Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in research services
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis techniques
• A drive for continuous improvement and adaptability to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
• Proficiency in English (written & oral)
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or Market Research industry preferred
