Job summary
Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Program Manager with 3–5 years in customer service or program management within the EMS sector. You will oversee OTD, PPV, ECO and E&O processes, coordinate quotations, and manage customer reports. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to lead direct reports.
The position is based in Jalisco, with responsibility for shipments, incoterms and NPIs, including meetings and plant tours with customers.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service or program management.
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead direct reports.
- Excellent negotiation skills with customers.
- Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
- Quotation and RFQ processes.
- NPI management.
Responsibilities
- OTD and PPV tracking and reporting for programs.
- ECO, E&O and change management coordination.
- Quotation processes and RFQ responses management.
- Action logs, yield tracking and customer reports preparation.
- Coordinate customer visits and plant tours as needed.
