Sanmina Corporation in the Jalisco region seeks a Process Analyst to support the Program Manager by coordinating production outputs with the shipping department and tracking delivery commitments to meet OTD targets.

You will drive documentation control, backlogs, and process audits under PEX, participate in operational meetings, prepare forecasts, and support customer management and continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining task tables and action logs.
• Familiarity with metrics dashboards and sales reports.
• Knowledge of Performance Excellence (PEX) program.
• Understanding Lean Six Sigma, 5S and ESD.
• Experience with VoC and customer management.
• Experience with quoting claims to clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational meetings with the CIT (Continuous Improvement Team).
• Compliance and improvement follow-up meetings.
• Attend plant-level operations meetings.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze results.
• Walk through production processes and areas.
• Customer service.
• Prevention and continuous improvement.
• Business process audits in accordance with PEX.
• RMA management.
