A global e-commerce leader is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Mexico to lead and optimize 3P External Fulfillment initiatives. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of program management experience, be fluent in both Spanish and English, and possess strong data analysis skills. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance seller experience and improve operational efficiency while communicating results to leadership.

Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and scale initiatives for the 3P External Fulfillment business. This role will be crucial in developing and executing strategies to enhance our third‑party seller fulfillment capabilities, improve Seller Experience and ensure we are building the right feature and services for our Sellers to expand and retain selection through improved service quality and product economics.

Key job responsibilities
  • Own and drive the end‑to‑end programs for 3P External Fulfillment programs in Mexico, including program design, implementation, and optimization
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders including Tech, Operations, Seller Support, and Business teams to improve existing programs or drive new implementation
  • Design and lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve seller experience, business profitability, and business productivity
  • Create, track and inspect key performance metrics, creating data‑driven insights to guide program decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners across NA and LATAM regions
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
