Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a senior, highly autonomous operator to act as the primary business partner for SOW-based professional services within Global Services.

You will connect business priorities to processes, systems, insights, and operating rhythms to help the organization deliver value and scale. You will own deal review effectiveness, delivery methodology, and day-to-day processes while building strong partnerships across Services.

Formación

• Significant experience in Professional Services Operations, business operations, Revenue Operations, PMO, or a related SaaS operations function.
• Proven ability to independently own complex, cross-functional work and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
• Experience improving operational workflows, systems, reporting, or governance in a customer-facing or services organization.
• Familiarity with Professional Services measures such as utilization, capacity, backlog, forecast accuracy, delivery health, and services performance.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with delivery leadership to align priorities and ensure processes, tools, standards, and insights support targets and customer success.
• Own and improve deal review and approvals, streamline workflows, and ensure effective controls and scalability.
• Build operational reporting and insights through dashboards and scorecards for leadership visibility.
• Strengthen PS Ops backbone by improving workflows, data quality, and handoffs across the delivery lifecycle.
• Establish scalable operating rhythms across Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales teams.
