KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Superintendent to lead multiple trades across DoD-related contracts. You will coordinate look-ahead schedules, manage budgets, and drive safety and quality in maintenance operations.

Responsibilities include supervising carpenters, masons, metal workers, and other trades, while coordinating with management to ensure timely completion and compliance with contracts. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to liaise with clients and management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Contract orientation and computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to develop schedules for LDPs using MS tools and manage critical-path planning.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation of multiple trades (masonry, carpentry, painting, metal, welding, plumbing, locksmithing, engraving).
• Coordinate look-ahead schedules and total ticket status for Annex 1502 trades.
• Assist scheduling and logistics for Electrical & HVAC crews; manage LDP work orders.
• Provide briefings to management and customers on status; maintain man-hours, schedules and budgets.
• Ensure safety orientations and toolbox talks; coach for improvement; enforce contract compliance.
