Danfoss is seeking a Production Planner to align customer demand with material availability and manufacturing capacity, driving on-time delivery and inventory optimization. You will schedule production and monitor planning accuracy across ERP systems.

You will analyze KPIs, maintain master data, and support continuous improvements through cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Customer Service teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing planning environments.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, forecasting techniques, inventory optimization, and production order management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze planning data, operational KPIs, and business trends.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and accountability skills.

• Analyze planning and operational KPIs to identify gaps, support corrective actions, and improve inventory and delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate planning master data and support continuous improvement initiatives within ERP and production planning processes.
