Bendix in Mexico is seeking a Production Planner to translate customer demand into executable production and material plans, aligning with SIOP processes. This role links Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics and Suppliers to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include creating short-, medium-, and long-term schedules, managing SAP-based production orders, monitoring capacity, and driving improvements in throughput and inventory turns.

The production planner is responsible for translating customer demand and business forecasts into executable production and material plans that support on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. This role serves as a critical link between Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, and Suppliers to ensure material availability, schedule adherence, and achievement of service level objectives.
The position owns end-to-end supply planning activities including production scheduling, inventory management, capacity analysis, shortage mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process.

5+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, scheduling, materials management, or supply chain operations.
Experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Experience managing supplier-related material constraints and recovery plans preferred.
