Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7
• Experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to define and achieve high value business goals.
• Working knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climate.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Managers to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team.
• Oversee strategic program roadmaps, development, launches, and marketing while analyzing competitive landscapes.
• Manage day-to-day product marketing for core products and coordinate prioritization to remove obstacles.
• Execute client value propositions, pricing, segmentation, and channel strategies to differentiate Citi products.
• Develop plans and execute functional strategies for regions or groups requiring cross-unit coordination.
• Manage client and competitor market research and address product innovation roadmaps.
• Oversee all aspects of program life cycle management and external partnerships.
• Contribute to acquisition targets, revenue and expense goals, and market plans.
• Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards.
