Requirements

• Experience as a product manager in a high-growth company
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in billing, invoicing, or similar
• Great judgment in making strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions
• Demonstrable, self-driven results that have positively impacted a product's direction
• A strong sense of product design (UX)
• A passion for products that just work, even if the problems they solve are boring and complicated
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including across departments (e.g., business operations, sales) to meet customer and business needs
• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English
• Bonus: experience working remotely

• This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote as a Senior Product Manager in the Fintech vertical, making a difference in the global employment space
• Lead and develop strategy for a key product area within our Product team
• Work with cross-functional teams of engineering and design to identify key problems and develop iterative solutions
• Build solutions in collaboration with the Billing team
• Own the end-to-end experience, delivering value through services powered by humans and software
• Work autonomously on simple features and iterations, with support for complex problems
• Manage internal expectations regarding timelines, products, and features
• Contribute to tactical and strategic decision-making
• Shape cross-department and cross-team solutions in collaboration with senior product team members
• Create and execute a roadmap for your product area
• Collaborate on long-term strategic plans with stakeholders
• Define a clear strategic vision based on market research and analysis
• Serve as a subject matter expert for your product area
• Support scaling and growth initiatives
• Navigate ambiguity effectively and maintain team focus
