Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive new product development in our AI initiatives, focusing on identity security, authorization, and privileged access. You will shape features and capabilities within our AI roadmap, partnering with leadership to bring products from concept to launch in a fast-moving enterprise security environment.

This hybrid role in Mexico City requires collaboration with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver on the roadmap and measure

Formación

• 5+ years in product management in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or network security.
• Familiarity with IAM, PAM, and IGA concepts.
• Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams.
• Experience delivering AI-driven or data-centric products across full lifecycle.
• Open-source AI platforms or customer-facing products experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate market trends in identity, security, and AI into well-scoped features with leadership input.
• Ship innovative features quickly while meeting real-world customer needs at scale.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute the roadmap.
• Own product initiatives from concept to launch with measurable adoption impact.
• Conduct discovery with CISOs and security teams to validate pain points for AI-driven identity security.
• Support external storytelling through customer conversations, case studies, and analyst engagement.
