Delinea in Mexico City is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own the design of a feature area within our identity security platform. You will translate complex workflows into intuitive IT and security-focused experiences, working with product managers, engineers, and technical writers in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

You will mentor junior designers and contribute to the design system, shaping product decisions with a strong user focus and collaboration with senior design leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer for web or SaaS products.
• Experience designing for B2B, cybersecurity, or other complex enterprise systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• High proficiency with Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools; working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with the role of AI tools in the product development process.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the end-to-end design of a feature area - user needs analysis, user flows, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and reusable components - from early concept through shipped product.
• Translate complex, technical processes into simple, intuitive experiences for IT admins and security practitioners.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and technical writers in a fast-paced environment, iterating quickly based on user feedback.
• Advocate for the user and present design thinking to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX Researcher to ground decisions in real user needs and validate features.
• Contribute to and evolve the Delinea Design System for consistency and reuse.
• Review peers' work and mentor junior designers when opportunities arise.
