A leading real estate technology company is seeking an experienced product manager based in Mexico City to lead product strategies and enhancements. In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, drive product innovation, and manage stakeholder relations to enhance user experience. About The Team

The Engineering & Operations data, analytics and metrics team is leading an effort to develop engineering and operational metrics across Zillow Group to help engineers identify areas of improvement in the development experience as well as measure outcomes of investment. We work with teams and products across Zillow Group and have the opportunity to make a significant impact across all business lines.

We serve all of Zillow’s internal technology teams, along all lines of businesses, as well as functional areas. This position has an impact across 100% of ZGs properties and technology future.

We’re looking to build the golden standard of developer portals that integrates with many different internal platforms and developers tools to empower development teams to truly manage and build great software.

About The Role

• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to define and guide product planning and prioritization.
• Recommend and launch product features and technical improvements that align to the functional and product roadmap.
• Manage a broad group of key stakeholders and senior leaders by communicating progress and findings via product briefs, status updates, and demos.
• Establish success metrics and ensure performance of products ensuring easy adoption and interoperability across all lines of business.
• Actively participate in engineering discussions with Software Development Engineers, Designers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• You have experience partnering with engineering and science teams to build sophisticated Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) software systems to solve customer and business problems.
• Develop, socialize and obtain buy-in of data governance standards; train and advocate on data best practices.
• Excellent decision-making skills and experience guiding prioritization; ability to make trade-off decisions to meet internal customer needs and internal technology constraints.
• Proven track record of delivering quality work on time, leading cross-functional teams and knowledgeable in UX design, technology and data analysis.
• Have experience working in an Agile development environment, working directly with internal and external technology analysts and developers.
• Leverages expertise and shares best practices to grow and develop PMs within their team.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

Who you are

• 5+ years of end-to-end B2C product management experience, with a focus on building technology products.
• Develop a vision, product strategy and roadmap for our pay for performance product offering based on a deep understanding of the needs of our enterprise partner segment.
• Develop, test and scale monetization strategies for marketplace business growth including competitor analysis, pricing models and customer segmentation.
• Collaborates cross-functionally across multiple teams (Engineering, UX/Design, Analytics etc.), estimating level of effort, identifying dependencies, and resource needs.
• Balances strategic priorities, business goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and time to market to define impactful product solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication and team management skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and comfort presenting at all levels of the organization.
• You're conversant in ecommerce including SEO, UX design, and qualitative/quantitative data analysis to drive product decisions.
• Leverages expertise and shares best practices to grow and develop PMs within their team.
