Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Self-starter who thrives with minimal guidance, makes decisions confidently, and learns quickly from setbacks to drive progress.
• Translate the product vision into high-impact, user-centered features that integrate UX designs, business requirements, and rules.
• Synthesize insights from competitive analysis, customer satisfaction data, industry trends, and analyst reviews to craft a compelling project vision.
• Define detailed milestones to achieve the product roadmap.
• Develop product metrics and establish methods to measure success, focusing on financial outcomes and user engagement.
• Collaborate daily within scrum teams to set direction, articulate requirements, remove roadblocks, and provide expertise through continuous communication with delivery teams, designers, and stakeholders.
• Own and groom the team backlog, aligning tasks with business goals.
• Test new product features and work closely with teams to resolve issues.
• Present and demo product features and business cases to customers, prospects, peers, and leadership.

Requirements And Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience with web/app-based B2B products or services.
• Track record of launching multiple releases or products end-to-end; experience with HR IT technologies is a plus.
• Strong skills in research, analysis, problem-solving, and user-centered discovery.
• Expertise in cloud solutions and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to interface across organizational levels, managing expectations effectively.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote, global environment.
• Proficiency in English; clients mainly from North America.
• Experience with integrating acquired product lines and developing strategies for them (not mandatory).
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, ProductBoard (not mandatory).
