Mattel Brick Shop in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Senior Manager, Product Development to lead our Product Development team from concept through production, partnering with Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver innovative construction toys.

The role emphasizes building technical capabilities, driving engineering excellence, and ensuring products meet quality, cost, and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years in product development or technical project management in toys or consumer products.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Strong design, tooling, and manufacturing process knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing Product Development team.
• Drive end-to-end development from concept to production launches.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver products.
• Establish and improve development processes and standards.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
