Job Description

As a Senior Associate Hybrid UX/UI Designer at Publicis Sapient, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, user-centered design solutions across digital platforms. You will work in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity and structure to meet the needs of large-scale clients. This role requires a strong understanding of design systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present design decisions with clarity and confidence.

• Deliver end-to-end UX/UI design solutions with fast turnaround times, while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, presenting strong design rationale to support decisions.

• Work within established brand guardrails and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Participate in collaborative design sessions, feedback reviews, and iterative design processes.

• Translate business requirements into intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences.
