Chain IQ is seeking a Senior Consultant in Procurement Operations & Client Service Desk to join our global team in Mexico City. The role focuses on delivering value through structured sourcing, process excellence, and client support across procurement platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, and maintain knowledge bases while guiding complex cases and client requests. English fluency and a degree in business or related field are required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or related field.
• Experience with procurement software, helpdesk tools (ServiceNow a plus), and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of global sourcing and cultural sensitivities.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Head Operational Procurement and Client Service Desk and internal teams to optimize systems and capabilities.
• Act as subject matter expert for assigned processes, support complex cases, guide team members, and contribute to improvements.
• Day-to-day operational process management and support for procurement and P2P processes to ensure timely ordering and receipt.
• Ensure compliant use of procurement processes, platforms and channels through ongoing improvement and end user training.
• Provide expertise across P2P process and system issues to support client expansion, integration, or implementation.
• Ensure functional KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Maintain internal controls framework across CIQ group.
