Job summary

Dialight de México, based in Ensenada, is seeking a Process Controls Specialist to support internal controls, mapping, and process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related fields, 3–5 years of experience in internal controls, process mapping, and policy development, plus proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, ERP tools, and MS Office. English is required at an intermediate-advanced level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in internal controls, process mapping, RACI, SOD, and policy development.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Proficient with Visio, Lucidchart, ERP applications.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
